Fernanda Dias-Silva

Aluna de pós-graduação (Doutorado)

Iniciou suas atividades de pesquisa em 2014, inventariando as serpentes no Parque Natural Municipal Corredores da Biodiversidade. Em 2015 realizou sua segunda IC, avaliando a propriedade antiofídica da planta escorrega-macaco sobre as ações do veneno de Bothrops jararaca em preparações neuromusculares isoladas de aves. Atuou na área de Educação Ambiental através de visitas monitoradas pela Secretária do Meio Ambiente (SEMA, 2014 - 2016). Possui experiência com monitoramento de fauna terrestre (herpetofauna), afugentamento e resgate e com coleta de germoplasma em empreendimentos de linha de transmissão (2017 – 2018). Mestre em Biodiversidade Neotropical (2021), onde trabalhou com morfologia hemipeniana de lagartos teídeos (PPGBIO/UNIRIO). Doutoranda no PPGZOO (2021) (MN/UFRJ), estudando a filogenia do gênero Epictia (Leptotyphlopidae: Epictinae: Epictini). Além disso, é integrante da Rede Kunhã Asé Mulheres na Ciência e da Rede de Mulheres na Zoologia.
